  • Programming

    Every athlete will receive a personally tailored programmed to their level of experience. Whether the athlete is a novice or a veteran in powerlifting, each program will vary. Programs are updated weekly to properly adjust each athlete and their lifestyle.

    - Macrocycle: A training program ranging from 4 - 12 months.
    - Mesocycle: a medium training program ranging from 1 - 3 months.
    - Microcycle: The shortest period, typically lasting a week.

  • communication

    Being able to work with others is essential in powerlifting. Your relationship with your coach is key to making strides. Our goal is provide professional and objective standpoints to build the proper structure the athlete requires for their lifestyle.

    - Contacting your coach regularly is a must. Self-regulating is acceptable from time to time, but always refer to your coach for better understanding.
    - Timing is everything. Your coach will be available at their pace. If the situation is dire, relay that to your coach beforehand to make it apparent.

  • expectations

    It’s a two-way street for coach and athlete. We provide a platform that encourages the athlete to be effective in their responsibilities. Athletes shall understand training navigation to step into the gym every day with confidence, regardless of how your body or mind feels. Our coaches assist in making training accommodate outside responsibilities such as work school family etc. to provide a sustainable lifestyle.

  • technique analysis

    We never fix something that isn’t broken. However, when necessary feedback will always be provided. Our service is to present insight that works. The goal is never force our athletes to do something against their will. But if change is needed, then stepping out of the comfort zone for both coach and athlete will happen together.
